At Horsham Lighting, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

Purchases Made In-Showroom

  • Stock Items:
    If you purchase an item that is in stock at our showroom, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

  • Special Order Items:
    Items that are not kept in stock and need to be specially ordered for you are classified as Special Order items. Due to their bespoke nature, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Online Purchases

  • You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • After notification, you have 14 days to return the item to either our showroom or an alternative warehouse address we will provide.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Special Order items

  • Items returned after the specified time frames

  • Items damaged or altered after purchase

How to Return an Item

  • In-Showroom Returns: Bring your item and proof of purchase to the showroom within the return window.

  • Online Returns: Notify us within 14 days, then send the item back within the next 14 days to the provided return address.
